Working History
THE THINGS WE ARE FIGHTING
Many educated people are not working and not clear
on how to create opportunities for themselves, many
of those who are working are helplessly stagnant
and stuck at jobs that are not developing them or
mentoring them to harness their full potential, so
they are entangled in debt, living pay cheque to pay
cheque and not seeing any way out, alot more
people are stuck in non complementary, meaningless
and crumbling intimate relationships, often leading
to broken, fatherrless and ill prepared generations,
Analyzed critically, these problems originate from
1) The trap of moving to the future without a clear
map
2) Umempowering guidance from home, school,
prayer house or work place
3) Broken and non functioning family roots
4) Neglect and misplacement of gifts and skills
5) The temptation to wait and compete for what is
easy and conventional.
There is an error in the concluding remark. Make it
read: These problems keep spreading from
generation to generation, but me and my company
(Definitive Destiny Ltd) are saying that enough is
enough, something has to change.
MY VISION IN DETAIL
‘’Enhancing human ability through the refinement of character, thoughts and aspirations’’
The life of a man drifts in the direction of his most dominant thoughts. How those thoughts are incubated is my point of interest. King Solomon taught that “Guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it springs all the issues of life,” “that as a man thinks in his heart so is he.” What Solomon called the heart, is our subconscious mind. What is stored in a person’s subconscious mind is what rules and directs his life. It will determine how the person interprets things. It’s been well documented that success in life is not just about intelligence of the mind and skills of the hands, but so much about interpretation and decision making. The angle from which people view things, call it their world view or mind set from which they make decisions affects their outcomes in life. The apostle Paul called thoughts or world views, “the eyes of a person’s understanding”. Jesus took a whole three chapters re-aligning the thinking and world views of his disciples, in order to prepare them for success.
Thought is what creates the difference between a saint and gangster, between a wife and prostitute. What we have therefore accepted as the truth and stored in our subconscious mind will determine the direction our lives take.
It will dictate how you think and act to get results. It will determine what you are willing to do or not do and how you will interact with others as you do it. Your mindset will determine what you think you can do with the soil, the rain, the sunshine, the school, the bank, the church, the markets. It will determine whether you can turn all these elements into capital.
Notably, our will power is derived from the way we are wired. If you keep telling yourself that I will do it no matter what it takes, then you can do because the saying goes, where there is will, there is a way. Your mindset will determine how much other people’s opinions count in your life. Can people say things about you and destroy you, or you will say to them you don’t who I’m.
Thoughts
Aspirations are the objectives of life. The things inside of us that keep demanding for expression and so we begin to strive to build them physically. The things we want the world to recognize us for. Aspirations highlight our priorities in life and the absence or availability of vision. The scripture says, people do perish due to lack of vision. Where there is no vision, people throw off restraint. In other words, people without a vision lack an internal mechanism for self-discipline, so they are derailed, they are distracted. Because life is filled with challenges and obstacles, a person without strong aspirations easily gives up or goes with the tides. It takes great discipline to chase and accomplish a notable goal because of the pains along the way. There are a great deal of attractive alternatives to be foregone. If you live life without a compelling objective, it’s very easy to slide into the comfort zone because you have nothing pulling you hard to cross the river. You can settle for what is, rather go for what could be.
The miracle of turning the invisible into visible begins with decision making. When you don’t make the decision to move from where you are, to start doing different things from those you have been doing, then you may never accomplish your aspirations.
The other difference maker is the cause and effect in your aspirations. People will not support you to build what benefits you alone. If you are aiming at self-worship, you are going to find life difficult.
If our character is fantastic, our thoughts are positively incubated and aspirations properly aligned to our gifts and potential, to an appealing cause and effect. if we adopt habits that refine and expose us, we automatically become creative and competitive. Going through this process is a proven fertilizer for the mind, boost to self esteem and ultimately the push towards productivity and wellbeing.
Aspirations.
FAITH OVERCOMES FEAR
Character
Character has been termed as the container that carries a person’s skills and
abilities. And it’s the sum total of your attitude and habit’s. However skilled you
are, if you have bad character, you will not excel in life. People will isolate you, or
you will go to jail. To be productive in life, people need to find you dependable,
reliable and trust worthy. Doing so makes other people to campaign and open
doors for you.
